Business Analyst with SAP and MS Dynamics Back Ground. 
Responsibilities:

Assessing Business Needs: 
•   Conduct business process analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and observe existing workflows. 
•   Understand specialized business requirements.

Client Understanding: 
•   Cultivate a deep understanding of the client’s business, including their unique requirements and pain points.

Functional Documentation: 
•   Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business use cases. 
•   Analyze complex business problems and help define solutions within the center point ecosystem.

Collaboration and Solution Definition: 
•   Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and propose effective solutions. 
•   Evaluate IT infrastructure and facilitate cost-effective improvements. 
•   Collaborate with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.

Integrating SAP Software: 
•   Determine how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes. 
•   Assess business needs through process analysis, collaboration, and observation. 
•   Document SAP processes and prepare detailed business requirements.

ETL and Data Integration: 
•   Maintain documentation related to ETL processes, data lineage, and data dictionaries.

Testing and Validation: 
•   Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and data validation. 
•   Ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements: 
•   Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or a related field. 
•   Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP business analyst in a similar industry. 
•   Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with SAP systems. 
•   Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other MS applications.

Good to have: 
•   Experience with utility domain. 
•   SAP certification (preferred)
