MUST have -

  • Experience in working with Tableau desktop, server,
  • Prepare Business Requirement documents and then converted business requirements into Functional requirements specifications.
  • Ability to interact with the technical team to explain them the requirement and for them to architect and design solutions accordingly
  • Experience with Offshore/Onsite communications and workflow.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in interacting with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirement specifications
  • Able to speak in business terminology rather than technical.

 

Nice to have -

  • Experience in Pharma domain projects
  • Experience in Developing Visualization reports.
  • Ability to test & debug the application from functional point of view
  • Ability to understand the current setup by going through the existing application artifacts
