Gather functional business requirements and develop into functional specifications. Determine system requirements for implementation and provide management systems solutions. Use data to develop strategies and improve business performance. Develop, coordinate and manage projects for development. Create test cases and manage user acceptance testing. Facilitate JAD Sessions, and analyze business problems. Skills required: Java, Visual Studio, Clear Quest, VISIO, PL/SQL, HTML, Rational Rose, Unix and VB.NET. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field with 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Bachelor’s degree in the above-mentioned fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master’s degree plus 1 year of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Work location: Piscataway, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
