Roles & Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Process led workshop, Configure CCE & Setup the product in the ISB

• Implementation of functionality in T24

• Creation & Review of Functional specification document

• Analyse and resolve errors in T24

• Liaise with users and departmental managers on issues and requirements relating to T24 requirements and training

• Attend meetings with system vendors and play an active role in systems development where T24 interoperability may occur

• Work with specialist contractors where needed

• Fully support the Temenos T24 production, UAT and development systems

Soft Skills:

· Financial investment and banking experience

· Ability to provide face to face and remote support

· Cross functional awareness

· Good Communication (both verbal and written)

· Business and customer service focused

· Flexible, Team player, Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
