Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in data analysis and automated dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive engineering team, addressing approximately 700 weekly tickets as the first line of defense and playing a crucial role in analyzing customer issues to improve overall service quality. This role offers the opportunity for collaboration within a lively atmosphere, requires hands-on work with advanced data analytics tools, and provides a path to learning business problems deeply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze customer support tickets to identify pain points.
  • Use SQL for querying and Tableau or similar tools for data visualization and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards for real-time data tracking.
  • Collaborate with various teams to route issues for proper triage.
  • Utilize AWS QuickSight among other tools for data analysis projects.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables.
  • 5+ years of expertise in writing complex SQL Queries.
  • Experience in creating and managing automated dashboards.
