Business Data Analyst

Responsiblities:
Gather requirements from stakeholders including business subject matter users and IT teams.
Document data migration requirements, including source system analysis and source to target
Analyzes & acquires data from primary and secondary data sources – creating mapping specifications for use by ETL development resources.
Documents, plans for collection, data cleansing, and normalization of data
Assist in creation of Test cases with QA testing team and business
Maintain clear and detailed integration requirement specifications, ensuring the design is of the most efficient streamlined flow without redundancies.
Recognize common requirements and document re-usable code and procedures to improve the team''s efficiency and productivity.
Work with the development team to handover the detailed data layer mapping for coding

Must have Skills:
Total Relevant Experience– 6+ years
Possess excellent relationship, communication and customer relationship management skills.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management strong analytical ability.
Good experience in Ms-Office and documentation skills..

Nice to have:
lead experience
AWS Glue, S3, EC2, Redshift

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
