Project Overview: We are the strategy and analytics team supporting Ad sales business, focused on driving operational rigor and data insights to deliver improved business (i.e revenue) and productivity (i.e. efficiency) outcomes.

Build: any new reporting mechanisms needed to support business needs
Maintain: on-going reporting mechanisms
Automate/streamline: improve on (1) and (2) to minimize reporting complexity and duplication
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
SQL: 3-5 years, ability to build and improve technical backend reporting infrastructure
Consultative skills Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
Dashboarding and presentation:
Ability to create dashboards to link, report, and analyze metrics based on available data. This includes the ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience.
Data analysis and synthesis: Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes. This includes the ability to use data to add value to business planning and strategies.
Data judgment:
Ability to convert and/or uncover open-ended real world problems within the business context into trackable metrics or a structured analytical/statistical framework, as well as the ability to generate business-related insights from data analysis in a way that is meaningful to the stakeholders.
Project management skills Ability to effectively prioritize work, create for themselves a clear timeline and work plan.
