Role: Business Development Executive Work Location: Noida Industry: Recruitment / Staffing Role: Sales/Business Development Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 7:30pm-4:30 am IST Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time Responsibilities and Duties: As a Business Development Executive you will responsible for following duties: The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Build relationships with prospective clients

Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

Manage sales pipeline

Cold Calling

Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

Business Development: 0-3 years

Cold Calling: 0-3 years

Professional Level expertise in English

Good command in verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent Negotiation skills.

Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.

Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
