Proactively engage in daily outbound cold-calling and email campaigns to identify potential clients and promote our staffing services

Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to understand their staffing requirements, identify pain points, and present tailored solutions to address their hiring challenges

Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting techniques, including attending industry events and leveraging online platforms

Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our staffing solutions, negotiate terms, and close new business agreements

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the staffing industry, key competitor offerings, market trends, and client pain points to effectively position our unique value propositions

Collaborate closely with the internal recruitment team to gather insights on industry-specific talent demands and ensure a quick turnaround to fulfill client requirements

Deliver exceptional customer service by providing ongoing support, addressing client concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Regularly update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and progress towards targets

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in a sales-driven environment or similar role, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR industry
