Job Description:

Business Development Manager with Sales and Prior Experience in T-Mobile

1.            Sales and Business Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into sales. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.

2.            Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, potential areas for growth, and competitive advantages. Utilize this information to formulate effective sales strategies.

3.            Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

4.            T-Mobile Expertise: Leverage your prior experience and in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile products, services, and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to clients.

5.            Territory Management: Effectively manage sales territories in both Seattle and Kansas, including setting sales targets, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

6.            Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

7.            Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a strong professional network and generate new leads for potential business opportunities.

8.            Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, detailing progress, achievements, and challenges, to the management team.

9.            Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop budgets and sales forecasts for the Seattle and Kansas regions, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements:
