  • Experience in Direct sales, B2B sales/Corporate sales/Enterprise Sales.
     
  • Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure products, catering to networking and AVBRI products along with data centre and IP telephony solutions.
     
  • Working with OEM’s like (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Gunnebo, Palo Alto, Barco, CommScope, Avaya, Microsoft, Creston, Polycom, Logitech, Plantronics, Aruba) etc.
     
  • Working with customers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.
     
  • Negotiating prices and terms of sales.
     
  • Knowledge and understanding of Networking Components, Active & Passive, Video Conferencing system, EPBX SYSTEM, Audio Visual, Interactive Touch Displays, Conference Management system.
     
  • Good knowledge of audio video conferencing solutions and unified collaboration solutions.
     
  • Fair understanding on various AV connectivity, thumb rules in-terms of room ambiance for enterprise video solutions, audio solutions.
     
  • Hands on experience in understanding the requirement and designing and selling Audio Visual, IOT, Networking, Security and routing and other backend equipment etc.
     
  • Visit and meet potential Clients in person.
     
  • Track and report on sales performance.
     


 

Requirements

  • Any Post Graduate (MBA).
     
  • Able to work independently and work as a part of a team.
     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
     
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
     
  • Good negotiation skills.
