Role Description
The Business Development Manager - Managed Services, located in Mumbai, is
a full-time on-site role responsible for managing clients and developing new business
opportunities. Daily tasks include networking, lead generation, conducting market
research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships
with clients. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with the
marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotions for the company's
managed services.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience selling IT Managed Services and Cloud Services
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients CXOs
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Engineering or Science full time Graduate
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field would
be desired
Relevant industry sales certifications such as ITIL, AWS, Azure would be a
plus
Minimum of 8+ years in Business Development role based out of Mumbai
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness to travel
