Business Development Manager

Summary:

The purpose of the team is to help support digital startups and ISV. Cultivate and help with the success of a 70 FTE team, globally. This role provides the chance to work with digital, a team pursuing digital startups and ISV's to get them into the Cloud ecosystem is a pretty exciting opportunity
 

Job Responsibilities:

Supports day-to-day operations and planning

Leads PCN Management, headcount tracking across the broader team

Supports the internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans

Supports the annual budget process under the direction of others

Tracks the use of role-based compliance trainings and new trainings, as well as collaborates on culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion [D&I], hiring, onboarding) while partnering with Human Resources (HR) to do so

Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment

Partners with communications team to land internal content such as email cascades
