Business Development Manager (US Staffing)

Should have complete knowledge of end-to-end recruitment in US Staffing

Understand the requirements and client's needs and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources

Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling,e-mail and other sources

Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations
