Job Summary: We are currently seeking a seasoned, dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B processes. The individual person will be responsible for completing the sales cycle till the closure of the deals with the target driven person. Being a leader of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives, client acquisitions, client relationship management etc. Job Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis: • Analyze market data to identify potential areas for business expansion and improvement. • Conduct thorough market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. 2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking events, and other relevant methods. • Initiate contact with prospective clients, establish rapport, and understand their needs and pain points. 3. B2B Sales and Client Acquisition: • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our business reach. • Identify and target key decision-makers within potential client organizations. • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets. 4. Client Relationship Management (B2B): • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients. • Understand the needs of clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. • Actively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling. 5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of client acquisition and sales of services/products. • Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. 6. Negotiation and Closing: • Lead contract negotiations, addressing client objections, and working to close deals that align with company objectives. • Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and competitive positioning. Key Skills, Qualifications [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • Should have atleast 7+ years of experience required in Business Development Manager. • Proven track record of success in a target-driven business development or sales role. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships
