Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the Indian market and expand our customer base.
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
· Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives to effectively position our IT solutions [or services].
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
· Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends to management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the IT industry, preferably in the Indian market.
· Managed a team of 2-3 Lead Generators + lead generation
· Strong understanding of the IT landscape, including cloud solutions, software development, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, from C-level executives to technical professionals.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
Any graduate
