Business Information Analyst

As a Business Information Analyst at Hypotheken, you work together with stakeholders from the business on the IT development within your team. You work in an Agile team that is responsible from A to Z for developing and managing functionalities that are prioritized by the Product Owner. In sprints, you participate in all team activities, such as standups, sprint planning and retros. With which (interim) results are worked on in a fast and flexible way.

Within this team you are responsible for the management of the applications that ensure quotation and acceptance of Mortgages ('midoffice') with many interfaces to other external and internal applications and teams. In the coming years we will be working on the transition of the portfolio. A complex process in which you will collaborate with colleagues within Mortgages but also with central teams and other business units. In this way we are committed to helping customers as best as possible, not only now but also in the future. For this we are looking for an experienced Business Information Analyst.

What will you do?

• Align business requirements

• Develop user stories. You will be involved in sessions with the Product Owner and the business at an early stage

• In addition to analysis work, you will also take on other tasks within the scrum team

• You will participate in the migration if necessary

• You will work in a hybrid work structure

• Support test execution and test automation

• Working on security improvements, risk and compliance is very important

Skills:

• You have a sense of humor and enjoy working in a team

• The customer is your number one priority

• You have experience of playing the Business Information Analyst role for at least 4+ years

• You have experience with Agile scrum & Safe

• You are strong in communicating in both English and Dutch

• You have experience with requirements analysis, business analysis and business design

• You are technically well-versed: you must be able to communicate with developers and peers about what the right solution should look like

• You are flexible and proactively look for opportunities to further develop yourself and the team every day

• You have experience in the mortgage industry (pre)
