Business Intelligence Analyst

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-4 years of experience as a BI Analyst - Proficiency in SQL, including advanced querying techniques, data manipulation, and performance optimization - Strong experience with ETL tools and processes, including SQLSSIS, Python, or other data transformation tools - Proficiency with databases and data warehouses (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, AWS, Azure) - Familiarity with data integration platforms and tools (e.g., Talend, Alteryx) - Knowledge of data privacy regulations (especially FERPA) and best practices for handling sensitive data - Ability to work with large data sets from multiple systems and ensure data accuracy Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field

A large healthcare system is hiring for a BI analyst to join their team. Each day, this individual will receive a project list of items that will need to complete and work alongside other team members in order to complete the tasks. This individual will need to have a strong ability to intake, organize and subsequently deliver actionable tasks.
