The BI Developer will be part of the Data & Analytics team which is heavily relied upon within the company.
Work as a team of experts who instill a data-driven decision-making culture at the company.
The BI Developer should be an experienced data professional who will manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and take ownership of deliverables end-to-end.
Work with large volumes of data, bring simplicity to complex situations, and develop insightful analyses that tell a story.
Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, think strategically, and communicate findings in a clear and compelling way.

What You'll Do as a BI Developer

Design, build and maintain data models used for reporting and analytics
Create dashboards and KPIs to show business performance
Build data visualizations that tell the story of trends, patterns, and outliers
Monitor and tune BI tools to ensure optimum level of performance
Invent new ways to analyze data to identify trends and gaps to drive improvements in a variety of business areas
Interface with cross-functional teams to build centralized tools that will allow for rapid anomaly detection
Partner with data engineers and data analysts to deliver foundational insights at scale
Analyze and synthesize large data sets across multiple inputs

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years' experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or data analytics engineer
Data querying and data modeling using advanced SQL or Python
Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense and Looker
Data pipeline tools such as Python, Airflow, DBT, Talend, etc.
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience in automated Reporting and Dashboard tools
Deliver upon data visualization best practices
Strong communication skills
Operate in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science, statistics, or related discipline
Certification in PowerBI
Comfortable making decisions and leading
Familiar with version control and relational databases.
