What is a day in the life of a Business Intelligence Engineering Manager?
Analyzing large data sets in SQL, integrating new data sets into our current systems, and translating the data into actionable business insights to support the business decision making process across different teams inside the compan
Manage a team of A+ talent and holding them accountable against KPIs and OKRs
Create reports for other departments and deliver them in a professional manner
Create automation of existing dashboards to improve performance
Analyze potential cost savings of core business processes
Create a corporate dashboard to identify and quantify key risks
Collaborate with other internal departments
What will I need to thrive in this role?
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Strong SQL and Excel skills
Extensive experience with data visualization tools; Tableau is preferred but not required
Experience with Snowflake and Python are a bonus
Basic understanding of Finance principles and metrics a must; previous Financial experience preferred
Ecommerce or CPG experience is also a bonus

What is the team like?
You will report directly to the VP of Finance and align with them in building and executing strategy for your segment. You will work closely with our Product Management team to execute on both short and long-term initiatives. Pattern is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members
