Business Process Analyst

Required Skill(s):

• 10+ years experience working as a Business Analyst that handles requirements gathering, design, testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation support of an enterprise implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Model N Analyst, with in-depth knowledge of Model N modules based on OOB configurations.
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of a CRM system.
• Ability to read Java code to troubleshoot and trace issues, with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
