Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
  • Proven experience with business process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and gather requirements effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and workflow design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other project management tools.
