As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis, designing optimized processes, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, improve user experience, and align with business goals.
You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans for implementation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes on Salesforce and SAP platforms.
Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in current workflows.
Document current state workflows and configurations.
Review and analyze existing architecture, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Develop and implement an architectural strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Provide recommendations for technology adoption and integration, including evaluation of emerging technologies.
Create comprehensive architectural assessment reports and strategic plans.
Deliver training sessions to relevant stakeholders on optimized processes and technologies.
Generate visual representations of architectural concepts to aid in communication and understanding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in business process consulting, with a focus on Salesforce and SAP platforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce and SAP functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
Proficiency in conducting process analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and designing optimized workflows.
Experience in reviewing and analyzing existing architecture to develop strategic plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
