The client is seeking a talented Business Process Improvement Specialist to lead transformative change remotely. This role demands expertise in process improvement methodologies, particularly as a hashtag#Black Belt or hashtag#Master Black Belt.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives in hashtag#HR, hashtag#Finance, and hashtag#Workflow systems.
- Serve as the Process Lead in Transformational Projects.
- Identify root-cause problems and facilitate improvement efforts.
- Implement projects to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Ensure stakeholder buy-in and collaborate with Technology hashtag#Solution Leads.
- Assess and report the hashtag#financial benefits of projects.
- Provide regular updates to management.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze and mitigate risks.

- Support organizational design and user readiness.
