Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with business sponsors and overall program governance teams
  • Manage software development projects: The Project Manager will lead the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications
  • Mandatory to have experience of leading projects implementing various data and digital projects
  • They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • The Project Manager will work closely with business, vendors, software developers, testers, and other project team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Ensure software applications are developed and integrated to the required quality standards. They will implement quality control processes and ensure that testing is completed to identify and resolve any defects.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that they are kept informed of project progress.

 

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development and integration processes
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred

  • Project Management certification
  • Experience with project management tool JIRA
  • Knowledge of Change & Incident Management process
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
