Business System Analyst

The Business Analyst will provide day-to-day support of the application to end users, work with technical teams to resolve system errors, gather requirements for enhancement requests, write functional design documents and test cases, perform system testing and acquiring business sign off for release items

Education & Experience Required:

·         Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.

·         2-4 years’ experience preferred.

·         Open to more years of experience with no degree or Associates Degree.

Technical Skills

(Required)

·         Basic knowledge of application support.

·         Preferred Oracle EBS Support.

·         Use Service Now for ticketing system (preferred but not required).

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc
