Business System Analyst

• Experience with large scale technology projects.
• Knowledge of project intake, documentation, testing and high-level plans
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and organize significant amounts of information.
• Organized with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively handle critical issues or competing priorities.
• Ability to effectively facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse stakeholder groups.
• High level knowledge with data and technology concepts
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, SharePoint, Service Now, JIRA and Confluence applications
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Inquisitive and comfort challenging current practices.
• Working knowledge of Capital Markets products, processes and systems would be a significant benefit.
• Collaborate with company heads, stakeholders, customers, and system owners to determine the financial, business, and operational requirements and goals.
• Verify the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and develop strategies for improving these systems.
• Conduct counseling sessions and provide guidelines to junior executives.
• Design methods and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases. "
