Description

As a Business Analyst for the Data Engineering Team, you will play a key role in enhancing the business value of data processes, workflows, and solutions. You will collaborate with data engineers, and other stakeholders to analyze data needs, optimize data-driven strategies, and ensure that our data solutions align with business objectives. You will be doing data analysis, creating business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, and mapping documents for the development of ETL applications, and further discussion with data modelers for the necessary table designs.


Mandatory:

Strong BA Capabilities with 10+ years of experience in understanding customer problem statements from a business perspective and translating them to solve for solutions, enabling technical team, and collaborating with client stakeholders.
Strong Data Profiling and Analysis skills
Strong Data Mapping and Functional requirements documentation skills
Strong verbal, writing, and active listening skills
Support testing, production readiness verification, and ensuring accuracy after the deployments.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process modeling.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile.

Desired

Data warehousing knowledge
SQL knowledge
Experience in Azure, and Azure Data Factory is a plus.
