Business Systems Analyst

Responsibility:

• Analyze and document the authentication and authorization mechanisms of existing production applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for addressing any AD domain dependencies of existing production applications.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of system implementations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback collection from stakeholders.
• Support project SMEs to address user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities and processes.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in Active Directory and/or enterprise data migrations projects a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Is this a must have or nice to have?
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, MCPS) are desirable. Is this a must have or nice to have?
