Job Description
As a Salesforce and Marketing Business Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for enhancing and supporting the systems used by Equinix’s sales, service, and marketing teams. As a Business System Analyst, you will work alongside Technical teams and business users to design, support, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions, all while learning and growing your skill set.


Responsibilities


    Work with Biz users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
    Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our Biz
    Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
    Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies
    Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
    Participate in key meetings with clients, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training
    Work with the implementation vendor and collaborate with biz partners, Dev teams, and vendors for delivery


Qualifications


    Overall 5+ years of developing or supporting experience handling mid to large-scale IT projects deployment. Good knowledge of Sales CRM business processes
    Good knowledge and Min 5 Yrs. experience in Salesforce sales cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud and marketing applications
    Hands-on experience and deep understanding of all aspects of Salesforce and Marketo
    Salesforce Administration knowledge
    Experience in understanding and implementing business processes using Salesforce
    Knowledge of integrating salesforce with other ERP and SaaS Applications is required.
    Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
    Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
    Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) in English, and interpersonal skills
    Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
    Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio


Preferences


    Experience working with distributed external resources and vendor teams (onshore and offshore)
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
    Must have an Analytical mindset able to break down complex business problems and document proposed process solutions
    Problem-solving and strong communication skills
    Knowledge of NLP, Machine Learning would be an added advantage
    Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
    Flexibility to work in another time zone, if required

Education

B.E., B.Tech or Equivalent.
