Trimble is recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to fill an opportunity in Chennai, India.

Job Summary

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for customizing, root-cause analysis, enhancement, and managing support tickets on the force.com platform. You will be responsible for supporting existing applications and solutions that exist on the force.com platform. The candidate will be working closely with the Delivery manager and other team members to resolve the reported issues, enhancements and test solutions to provide high end products and services for the end user.

As a member of the team you will be placed in a high place environment and must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

Will be expected to be able to develop solutions as well as debug existing applications and solutions to provide the best possible user experience on the salesforce platform.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of experience of Salesforce development
Salesforce CPQ Experience - Functional (Preferred)
Lightning Development
Apex Development
Good knowledge of Salesforce configurations
Salesforce Billing Experience (Good to have)
SOAP and REST Development
HTML Development
Lightning Component Framework: A UI development framework. Similar to Angular JS or React.
Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
Experience with SalesforceDX
Experience with Deployment pipelines
One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Production support, providing solution to the reported issue within SLA
Supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform
Documentation of solutions and best practices, team collaboration
Work with solution architects to define and plan business solutions part of enhancement requests
Creation and extension of salesforce objects to support business solutions and integrations
Working with QA to provide fully functional solutions
