Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst specializing in Certinia/FinancialForce to join our remote team. This role involves optimizing business systems through detailed analysis, design, and implementation of solutions on the Certinia/FinancialForce platform, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and identify inefficiencies within Certinia/FinancialForce.
- Design and implement configurations and customizations within Certinia/FinancialForce to meet business needs.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
- Provide training and documentation to facilitate system adoption and serve as the primary point of contact for system-related support and issues.
- Generate reports and maintain dashboards/KPIs, partnering with cross-functional teams for integrations and reporting.
Must-Have Skills:
- In-depth experience with Certinia/FinancialForce (implementation, configuration, and optimization).
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform functionality and integrations.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in financial services or sectors requiring comprehensive financial process management is highly advantageous.
