Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, triage and deliver support requests, including:
  • Create & Update basic ad-hoc Workday report requests; partner with Workday admin team on complex report requests
  • Create & Update locations in Workday
  • Review & analyze Workday & SpringCM access requests according to existing processes 
  • Support requirements gathering, Systems & UAT testing, and stakeholder communication on enhancement requests

Skills:

  • Workday reporting experience required
  • Basic knowledge of Workday security & access administration 
  • Requirements gathering & refinement 
  • UAT test script creation & UAT management 
  • Timely and clear updates on request tickets 
  • Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver enhancements & support 
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

  • Workday report creation & update
  • Clear communication & ability to clear dfine report requirements
  • Simultaneously manage a number of requests in our ticket management system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday reporting expertise & service management/ help desk experience handling with requests, following request processes.
  • Workday security familiarity is a very nice to have but not required.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
