Must have:
• Ability to create user flows based on business scenarios, identify the blockers, create documentation (Word, Excel)
• Team-player
- Ability to create user story's and set up Scrum meetings (facilitate meetings) and follow up the status with respective team members (testing, development, etc.)
• Collaboration
• Proficiency in Agile methodology
• Develop effective acceptance criteria for user stories
• Self-motivated
• Managing multiple priorities/tasks
• Basic proficiency in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Basic proficiency in creating wireframes (invision/Adobe xd/Balsamiq).

• Min 8 Years Exp

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Access Database
