Project: Replacement of Time and Attendance (T&A) system (Attendance on Demand, AOD) in the state of California Impacts X locations (airport and warehouses) and y employees Position Requirements:

Must have working knowledge of California labor laws

BA will understand current process gaps and discrepancies (that result today in legal exposure)

Understanding of end-to-end payroll processing: time keeping rules, mapping to payroll codes to GL accounts, payroll processing, tax compliance, garnishments, financials

Understanding of FSLA(FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT) deep understanding of California rules

Understanding of various employee groups with different rules: Postal (government), non union, union (CBA)

LWO, HTA

Prevailing wage

Reporting, metrics, analysis

Experience with prior implementation time keeping/payroll process

Security Scope Of Engagement

Robust, detailed business requirement and associated business rules, and associated business processes

RFP creation and RFS response evaluation and ranking against business requirements and ability to integrate against downstream systems Other:

The position will report into the PMO with oversight from the Director of the PMO based in Las Colinas, X.

Contractor will must be local to Los Angeles area, will be remote, but must make frequent visits to the WFS LAX facilities as / when needed, to interact with relevant WFS stakeholders and current system end-users

Contractor will interact with all levels of the WFS Organization, included represented employees

Contractor must have excellent communication skills, as they will be interacting with / presenting in front of executives and other business leader
