  • Communicate across stakeholders effectively; written and verbally, in chat, has empathy working with multiple team members, comfortable working under pressure, the ability to motivate and empower team members, strategic thinking and the capacity to align business objectives with technical solutions while considering long-term implications


Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in a technical field or business with an emphasis in technology, any certifications related to agile or requirement elicitation, safe certifications - nice to have
