Required:

Payments systems experience
Experience with analysis of various payment transactions (credit, debit, check, SNAP/WIC, gift cards, prepaid cards, etc.)
Retail industry experience (grocery retail highly desired)
 

Nice to have:

PCI experience
Experience with their vendors like ACI or NCR
