Business Systems Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the optimization, standardization, and automation of processes utilizing RPA tools such as UiPath, contributing to the development and maintenance of automation solutions. This role entails close collaboration with Business Analysts and external partners for implementation, as well as the creation of Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD). You will play a critical role in testing and supporting RPA solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered error-free, while continuously learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends to contribute to our innovative team dynamic.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in analyzing processes for optimization and automation opportunities.
• Partner with Business Analysts to implement RPA solutions.
• Produce PDD and SDD for RPA development.
• Design, test, and maintain RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with best practices 

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Microsoft .NET.
• Familiarity with RPA tools, preferably UiPath.
• Understanding of RPA development methodologies and COE model a plus. 
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP, iCIMS, etc.)
