Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our business units to design, develop, and enhance our business processes. They will identify requirements for new solutions, drive system improvements, and troubleshoot issues to optimize our technology framework. The role also involves working with our Basis team to unlock new system functionality and making necessary security adjustments post-upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to design and develop solutions enhancing business processes.
• Identify, gather, and define requirements for new solutions or enhancements.
• Plan, organize, and schedule work effectively to manage upcoming solutions and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and work on solutions for problems encountered with BOBJ tools and application dashboard reports.
• Support and develop technology roadmap initiatives, actively participating in POCs and pilot projects.

Must-have Skills:

• Proficiency in Business Objects Development, including BOBJ v 4.2.
• Strong experience with ETL processes, preferably Snowflake.
• Solid foundation in using Information Design Tool, especially in Universe setup and modification.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Experience in Business Objects Administration is highly advantageous, covering architecture, performance tuning, and reporting.
