Interact with Business user groups to gather the requirements for salesforce.com CRM implementation. Collaborate meetings with Program Manager, and various other counterparts to assist in the software development process and in adopting SDLC methodologies. Define the scope of the project and conduct roadshow meetings with various internal and external distribution channels.
