Must Have:
Technical Business System Analyst (BSA) experience with creating the following documentaitons: BRD/FRD, SRS/SRD, Story Board, User Story, System Mapping, etc
Must sit on the Technology Side
Experience with CRM Analytics or CRM-A. Previous experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Saleforce Tableau is highly desired
Lead a team in the past
Preferred = Financial Service Cloud (FSC)
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to the enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Business Systems Consultant, you’ll support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You’ll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Understanding and Documenting Requirements –
· Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Solution Design
· Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
Leading and Mentoring
· Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform
3 - 5 years working as a Business Systems Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery, in the area of requirements management on large and complex projects
Experience with CRM Analytics and Financial Service Cloud
Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset (system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, relative estimation)
Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
Requirement elicitation techniques such as Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, Surveys
Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management & prioritization
Nice-to-have
Experience working in Scrum environments
Salesforce Administrator certification
ANY GRADUATE
