Role Description

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development or in a similar role.
  • Generating leads and closing the deals.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry, majorly in contract or contract to hire staffing.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment process.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and generating revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of the respected market, including industry trends, key players, and competitive landscape, with a keen understanding of client acquisition strategies and revenue generation models.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and. Stakeholders.
  • Ready to travel within India and meet clients.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or technology industry
  • Solid understanding of the market and industry trends, and ability to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines
