Must Have skills • Minimum 7+ years of experience as an visual studio developer ( VS C++ 2006/ VS C++ 2017) • Exposure to Unix, SQL server a must. • Exposure to Java and Visual Basic is an added advantage. • Prior experience working in the Capital Markets domain with Asset Management, Investment Banking organization is preferred • Strong coding, design & debugging skills preferred • Writing use-cases, test-cases, BUAT, meeting with Client Sr. Managers, presenting business solutions, setting up/fine tuning business processes, project-tracking /status, etc is an added advantage. • Complete understanding of the Trade Life Cycle • Experience with all phases of the SDLC • Advanced knowledge of SQL: Sybase • Should have worked and delivered projects in a fast-phased approach • Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders group • Experience with multiple testing approaches: Functional, Regression, Integration and User Testing • Ability to manage/track multiple projects and working with multiple Dev. Teams. • Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers
