-Strong experience with oracle tuxedo services and servers
-Strong database knowledge of sql, indexes, hints
-Linux knowledge especially shell scripting
-Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must.
-Very good communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right.  zero defects in production.
