Primary Skills - Must have

Needs strong communication skills and the ability to work with Developers as well as QA.

In depth QA knowledge, SDET mindset Strong leadership skills Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, .NET and applying object-oriented principles Proficiency with implementing unit, integration, smoke and health tests using Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, xUnit, MS Test, Selenium or similar Proficiency with development tools such as VS Code, Git, Azure DevOps

Experience with mobile and cross browser testing and tools like Perfecto a plus

Experienced integrating automation test code into CI/CD pipeline processes

Experience developing software using agile methodologies, QA and DevOps best practices Ability to effectively participate in peer code reviews and pull requests, both as the reviewer and the reviewee Self-motivated and goal oriented with attention to detail Works within a team or independently with minimal supervision Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Secondary Skills - Nice to have

General -implement resilient automated tests designed by the product teams using cypress, selenium or similar in CICD pipeline -implement automated health checks designed by the product teams in CICD pipeline -support product teams with test implementation issues -proactively provide feedback of current testing
