calabrio Implementation Engineer

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Calabrio developer will create custom integrations to our client's (Financial - Bank) business applications,allowing the client to solve problems and seamlessly integrate their Calabrio solution into their business processes. The Developer will learn to work closely with our client to scope the requirements and with the project team to develop, test, and implement the solution. In addition, it will help troubleshoot and provide solutions for existing integrations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Calabrio WFM Software
• 1-3 years’ experience with enterprise-class custom integration environments
• Experience in developing integrations for other comparable Workforce Management solutions (like Oracle
• Workforce Management, Fuse Workforce Management, BlueYonder Workforce Management, Alvaria
• Workforce Engagement Suite, Paylocity, etc.)
• Working knowledge of multiple development/scripting languages used in integration projects such as C#, Java,
Python, etc.
• Demonstrated "hands-on" development skills in REST APIs, JSON data, accessing SQL data, and working on a web-based platform
• Creating integrations to 3rd party applications (An example will be an integration of AWS Connect OR Salesforce CRM with Calabrio WFM solution)
• Understanding of WFM (Workforce Management) Best Practices
• Previous experience in the Finance domain and AWS cloud
• Experience in Documentation of business requirements.
• Skilled in customer-facing project work
• Experience using source code management (GitHub), software tracking systems like Jira and DevOps, and knowledge management systems such as Confluence or similar
