Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and verification of calibrations in the Powertrain area, specifically in Torque Control.
  • Work with suppliers, Engineering Support teams, Program Management, and Manufacturing teams to support and launch vehicle programs.
  • Develop and verify calibrations within Power-moding and LV/HV charging functional areas.
  • Perform vehicle testing to achieve calibration maturity at each milestone of the program.
  • Collaborate with the STELLANTIS COC to review issues, integration challenges, and follow calibration best practices.
  • Utilize calibration tools such as ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, Vector, and various platforms interfacing with Dyno testing and HIL.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of CAN-based communication and tools.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of Automotive experience, with 3+ years in Powertrain domain.
  • Powertrain Systems Engineering Experience, particularly in Torque Control Management.
  • Test validation experience using dSPACE HIL test bench.
  • Field/plant issue analysis & resolution.
  • Automotive Based Software Development using Model Based Development.
  • Experience in system-level VF validation using HIL setups.
