ESPs and point solutions like Cheetah, Emarsys, DotDigital or Mailchimp
You will have experience as a campaign or account executive in a client-facing capacity (e.g. having worked for an agency, software vendor, consultancy, solution provider or client-side) with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Understanding of CRM, loyalty and customer marketing processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in the creation and execution of digital multi-channel communications – focus on email is critical, while SMS/push mobile, retargeting, social and performance marketing experience is also preferred.
Customer Marketing and marketing automation experience, including Deliverability & IP Warming, Whitelisting/Blacklisting, Hosting, Country-Specific Legal Requirements, common marketing KPIs for reporting.
Progressive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a B2C context.
Proven track record of creation and delivery of successful CRM marketing campaigns.
Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
HTML & Database knowledge will help to assist issue fixing and segmentation.
Data-driven and comfortable with reporting and analytics as the campaigns and projects you run will have a measurable impact on our clients’ businesses
A strong background in fast paced and reactive multi-channel campaign execution
Project management and excellent organizational skills - there is a lot going on and being comfortable with prioritization of work is essential.
Experience or familiarity with any relational databases like SQL is a plus.
