- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data, Sales and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross functional teams
- Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo Certified Expert) and CRM tools to execute, troubleshoot and track demand gen campaigns
- Possess best practices insights regarding email campaigns, nurtures, list management, data quality, optimization, privacy, etc.Experience building, executing, and tracking multi-channel (organic and paid) marketing programs
- Extreme ownership of results and projects, as an individual and a team unit
- Data-driven mindset and practice with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Exceptional ability to manage deadlines and priorities
