  • BA/BS in marketing
  • 6+ years marketing or operations experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data, Sales and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross functional teams
  • Deep technical knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo Certified Expert) and CRM tools to execute, troubleshoot and track demand gen campaigns
  • Possess best practices insights regarding email campaigns, nurtures, list management, data quality, optimization, privacy, etc.Experience building, executing, and tracking multi-channel (organic and paid) marketing programs
  • Extreme ownership of results and projects, as an individual and a team unit
  • Data-driven mindset and practice with a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Exceptional ability to manage deadlines and priorities
