Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and execute an end-to-end campus hiring strategy to attract a diverse slate of Early Talent(intern/campus) primarily Engineering & Design graduates

Plan, track and coordinate the moving pieces of the Company’s New Graduate Program including managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the program’s pieces are executed in a strategic way that aligns with the overall campus hiring strategy as per business's needs

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally within the company to understand the needs of the business and externally with universities, assessment & knowledge partners, marketing agencies, social media agencies, professional social networking websites etc. based on the hiring strategy

Manage communications to internal program stakeholders and to the program participants

Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and hiring managers, to ensure a smooth recruitment process

Developing innovative pre-joining strategy, maintaining regular contact with candidates and keeping them warm post offer acceptance

Plan and execute campus events aimed at branding and recruitment, including Webinars, Pre-Placement Talks, Contests etc

Manage the campus recruitment budget and track ROI for all campus recruitment events

Requirements and Skills:

Education - BE/BTech/MBA

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Campus recruitment to engage Tier1/Tie2 engineering and management institutes across India

Excellent communication, people networking and interpersonal skills

University Relationship development and experience in pre-placement and onboarding activities as per annual hiring plan

Business and Recruitment acumen to lead Campus Hiring and Diversity Hiring initiatives

Good understanding of the recruitment process and analytical ability to enhance recruitment practices

Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems such as such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo, Workday, Brassring, Avature etc

Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews

Familiarity with social media sourcing
